By accessing or using Champ Duel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users may submit videos for challenges. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Champ Duel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the service. Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited.
Each user may submit one video per challenge. Each user may vote once per challenge. Win percentages are calculated based on votes received. Champ Duel reserves the right to disqualify submissions or remove votes that violate these terms.
The Champ Duel service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Champ Duel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Champ Duel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
