Reporting Copyright Infringement

Your notice must include: (1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. (3) Identification of the infringing material and its location on our service. (4) Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email). (5) A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner. (6) A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent at legal@champduel.com. Your counter-notice must include: (1) Your physical or electronic signature. (2) Identification of the removed content and its location before removal. (3) A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error. (4) Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. (5) A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your federal district.

Repeat Infringers

Champ Duel has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove the allegedly infringing content.
